With the handmade bench scraper, you can complement your baking equipment with another.
The rigid metal blade is made of high-quality stainless steel and the trapezoidal shape allows you to get into the corners of the dough tray without the beautiful wooden handle getting in the way.
Measurment: Blade 15 cm x 9 cm + 3 cm handle
Each piece of these small works of art is unique and differs in appearance due to the naturally grown wood grain.
Like the Lame de Boulanger, I make the wooden handle in my small workshop - from the rough wood from the sawmill to the perfectly finished surface, many work steps are necessary - this takes time, but is reflected in the beautiful look, pleasant feel and suppleness.
The stainless steel is sanded and satined by me and then glued in.
Optionally, an engraving and inlays in mother-of-pearl or malachite can be chosen.
Wooden objects do not belong in the dishwasher, as this can cause the wood to warp and crack.
